Most vehicles are covered by a limited warranty (described below). Vehicles with 4X4 transmissions, turbo charged engines, or priced under $2000.00 are excluded from coverage.
The following listed major components of warrantied vehicles are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 30 days or 1,000 miles whichever occurs first, The warranty includes both parts and labor and is to be shared on an equal basis, 50% by the purchaser and 50% by the dealer, Dig's Wheels Inc. The covered components are limited to: Engine: All internally lubricated parts, manifolds, engine block, cylinder head, and flywheels. Transmission: The case, internal parts, and the torque converter. The clutch on all manually shifted cars is expressly excluded from coverage under this limited warranty. Differential: Front and rear drive axle housinqs, internal parts, axle shafts, propeller shafts and universal joints. The Dealer's obligation under this limited warranty is expressly limited to replacement or repairs at his place of business and does not include towing charges or bills contracted by the customer elsewhere. ****NOTICE**** Driving your vehicle while an overheating condition exists can cause damage to the engine. It is your responsibility to protect your vehicle against overheating! Damages caused by an overheating condition are expressly excluded from coverage under this limited warranty!
